Festive cheer was spread across the UK in the biggest ever AR-powered treasure hunt.

Challenge

Vodafone wanted to spread some festive cheer this Christmas by creating the biggest ever AR-powered treasure hunt. Vodafone launched their 2nd SMT campaign, Find Unlimited 2, which allowed users to drop a pin at their location and pick up SMTs in Augmented Reality. This could be enjoyed from anywhere across the UK using our Pin-Drop Geolocation dynamic. This campaign has been shortlisted for the prestigious International Loyalty Awards 2023 in the category of Best Use of Technology to Enhance Loyalty.

In the SMT wallet, token rewards can be traded, redeemed or picked up in Augmented Reality within the program's ecosystem, while also serving as unique rewards or collectibles. Leaderboards and rankings show the users how they compare to others, while challenges and quests such as scavenger hunt provide opportunities for the users to earn rewards by completing tasks. 

Social features like discord forums create a sense of community, and personalization, tailoring the user experience to individual preferences and behaviors.
