WHAT DEVICES CAN I USE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?
You can access your account from a browser on a mobile phone, tablet or desktop computer. Some features, such as scanning a QR code or dropping and picking up vatoms on a map work best on a mobile device.
For the best user experience, use Safari on iOS or Chrome on Android devices.
HOW CAN I FIND SMTS (SMARTMEDIA TOKENS) TO PICK UP ON THE MAP?
Open the map by tapping the map icon in your viewer account. You will need to allow the viewer to use your current location in order to view, pick up, and/or drop SMTs in your area.
WHY AM I NOT ABLE TO DROP OR PICK UP SMTS ON THE MAP?
Location Services needs to be enabled for the browser you are using to view your account. In addition, you will need to allow the browser to use your current location as prompted when opening the map, so that vatoms that are nearby your location can be found.
For example, on an iPhone using Safari, go to Settings -> Location Services and Enable “Location Services”. Under the listed apps, find “Safari” and set to “While Using”
WHY DO I GET AN ERROR WHEN I TRY TO PICK UP AN SMT OFF THE MAP?
The reason for the error may be because you are too far away from the SMT, or you have already reached the number of SMTs you can own or pickup off them map. The message shown indicates the reason why the SMT could not be picked up.
HOW DO I COMBINE ONE SMT WITH ANOTHER?
Tap and hold the SMT to combine and drag it on top of the SMT it needs to be combined with. For example, to combine the coin SMT with the backpack, hold the coin SMT and drag it over the backpack SMT.
HOW DO I SCAN A QR CODE THAT ISSUES AN SMT?
Open the camera on your phone and scan the QR code. You may need to enable QR code scanning for your camera.
For example, on an iOS device, go to Settings -> Camera and enable “Scan QR Codes”.
Also ensure that your browser has access enabled to use the camera.
For example, on an iOS device, go to Settings -> Safari and make sure “Camera & Microphone Access” are enabled.
WHY DO I GET AN ERROR WHEN I OPEN THE CAMERA?
Ensure that you have permissions enabled on your device for your browser to use the camera.

HOW DO I SCAN A QR CODE FROM WITHIN MY SMARTMEDIA ACCOUNT?
Open the camera by tapping the camera (“scan”) icon. You will need to allow for the viewer to access your camera. Scan the QR code holding the camera over the code (you may need to move closer or further away from the code for it to scan).
If the device has problems scanning, it may help to close the camera, refresh the account (hit the browser reload button), and open the camera again (it will request access again to use the camera).
HOW DO I POST MY SMT FOR SALE ON OPENSEA?
- Setup an Ether wallet account, such as https://www.myetherwallet.com/
- Transfer the SMT from your Smart Wallet account to your Ether wallet account
- Setup an OpenSea account at https://opensea.io/
- Transfer your SMT to your OpenSea account
- Post it for sale, either at a fixed price or as an auction
CAN EVERY SMT BE POSTED FOR SALE ON OPENSEA?
No, this only applies to SMTs that are written to Etherium.
WHY IS THE TRANSFER OPTION NOT AVAILABLE FOR MY SMT?
Not all SMTs are setup to be transferable.
How do I redeem a prize once I've been notified?
For the Grand Prize, the potential winner will receive an email notification from a customer service representative within 1 to 3 business days from the date of the drawing. The potential winner will need to click the “Redeem Prize” link found in the email, that will forward them to a website where they can Redeem the Prize and send it to their wallet.
WHY IS THE TRANSFER OPTION NOT AVAILABLE FOR MY SMT?
Not all SMTs are setup to be transferable.
